Our principle: your financial data is yours. It never leaves our system in raw form. We compute your numbers internally and explain them to you — no selling, no sharing, no surprises.

1) What we collect

The financial files you upload (sales, expenses, bank statements, invoices) and basic account information (name, email, phone number, business type). We ask for no more than what is needed to analyze your business.

2) How we use it

We compute your financial metrics (waste, margin, cash flow, runway) deterministically inside our own system — the numbers are not estimated by AI; they are calculated with fixed formulas. We use them only to serve you.

3) Third-party processing (full transparency)

To phrase explanations in natural language and to read text from images and scanned documents (OCR), we use an advanced language-model service (OpenAI). Before anything is sent, your data is automatically de-identified: names, bank-account numbers, national IDs, emails, phones and addresses are masked. Your raw financial data never leaves — only an anonymized summary sufficient for explanation. Under the terms of its API, request data is not used to train its models.

4) Isolation & security

Each business's data is fully isolated from others; no user can access another user's data. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and files are stored securely. Sector comparisons are built on an anonymized statistical median — they never reveal any individual business.

5) Retention & deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete any dataset from the "Datasets" page at any time, or request full deletion of your account and data by contacting us — carried out within a reasonable period.

6) What we never do

We do not sell your data, do not share it for marketing, and do not send your raw financial data to any third party. We never use one business's data for the benefit of another.
